Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Monster Makeup website and the purchase and use of digital streaming rentals offered by Monster Makeup, LLC (“Monster Makeup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a rental, creating an account, or otherwise using our streaming service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not complete your purchase.

1. Digital Film Rentals

Monster Makeup offers limited-time access to stream certain films and other audiovisual content through our website.

A rental of Saint Drogo provides access to stream the film for 48 hours beginning at the time your purchase is successfully completed.

The current rental price is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, a rental is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription. You will not be automatically charged again when your rental period ends.

Once the 48-hour rental period expires, access to the film will automatically end. A new rental must be purchased if you wish to watch the film again after your access has expired.

2. Account Requirements

You may be required to create or use an account to access rented content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account or completing a purchase.

Your account and rental access are intended for your personal use. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide your account or rental access to another person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us.

3. Streaming Access

A rental grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream the rented film for personal, non-commercial viewing during the applicable rental period.

Purchasing a rental does not transfer ownership of the film or provide you with a permanent copy of it.

You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:

  • copy, download, reproduce, record, redistribute, retransmit, publicly exhibit, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the film;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent digital rights management, access controls, or other technical protections;
  • use screen-recording, capture, ripping, or similar methods to create an unauthorized copy of the film; or
  • use the film for commercial exhibition or any other commercial purpose without our written permission.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with the applicable copyright owner or rights holder.

4. Technical Requirements

Streaming requires a compatible device, supported web browser, and sufficiently reliable internet connection.

Playback quality may vary depending on your device, browser, internet connection, network conditions, and other factors outside Monster Makeup’s control.

You are responsible for the equipment, software, and internet connection necessary to use the streaming service.

5. Playback and Technical Problems

If a technical problem with our website or streaming service prevents you from reasonably accessing a film during your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, Monster Makeup may, at its discretion, restore or extend rental access, provide replacement access, or issue a refund.

Problems caused solely by a customer’s device, internet connection, unsupported software, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control generally do not qualify for a refund. However, we encourage you to contact us if you experience a problem so that we can attempt to resolve it.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Refunds

Because a digital rental provides immediate access to streaming content, all completed rental purchases are generally final once access to the rented film has been provided.

If you are unable to access the film because of a technical problem attributable to our website or streaming service, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to resolve the problem. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide replacement access, extend the rental period, or issue a refund.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Availability of the Service

We make reasonable efforts to keep rented content available throughout the applicable rental period, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting or network failures, security issues, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant interruption attributable to our service prevents you from using a material portion of your rental period, contact us so that we can determine an appropriate remedy.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website or streaming service to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
  • gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, accounts, or systems;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the service;
  • circumvent access restrictions or digital rights management;
  • share rental access in a manner intended to avoid purchasing additional authorized access; or
  • use automated systems, scripts, bots, or similar technologies to improperly access, copy, scrape, or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The films, artwork, graphics, logos, text, audiovisual materials, and other content made available through Monster Makeup are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited streaming right granted through a valid rental, nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or other right in that content.

10. Payment

Rental prices are displayed before checkout.

By submitting a purchase, you authorize the payment method you select to be charged the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or other charges disclosed before purchase.

We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. We do not require you to provide payment-card information directly to us except through the payment functionality provided on our website and/or by our payment processor.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed together with these Terms.

Payment transactions may also be subject to the privacy practices and terms of the applicable payment processor.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

The Terms presented and accepted at the time of a rental purchase will govern that transaction, except where a change is required by applicable law.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and streaming service are provided on an “as available” basis.

Monster Makeup is not responsible for interruptions, delays, playback problems, or other failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including problems with a user’s internet connection, device, software, third-party network, or other third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monster Makeup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the streaming service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms or policies expressly presented to you as part of a rental purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Monster Makeup concerning your use of the streaming rental service.
